Judith A. Alexander-Hill Oberst Gunder, 83 passed away at 8:17 am on January 26, 2025 at the Villages Of Oakridge. Judy was born on January 28, 1941 in Marion, IN the daughter of William and Louise Adrabel (Fisher) Alexander. She married Russell Gunder on January 7, 2024.

Judy was a 1959 graduate of Washington High School where she was the prom queen. She also was selected as the Watermelon queen representing her title in Washington, DC. Judy was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Eastern Star, Red Hat Society and she was very active with CASA. She also was an avid artist, loved bird watching and enjoyed mushroom hunting. Most importantly though, she loved her beloved grandchildren and her dog Xander.

Survivors include her husband, Russ Gunder of Washington, IN; daughter, Nancy Lauria and her husband Chris of Kansas City, MO; brother, David Alexander and his wife Mary Lou of Atlanta, GA, and her beloved grandchildren, Mason Lauria, Alexandria Hill and Shawn Colvin. Judy is preceded in death by her parents, step-mother, Margaret Overton, son, Thomas Troy Hill, three infant children and her beloved dog Xander.

Judy's wishes were to be cremated and there will be a memorial service held at a date to be determined. Online memories may be shared with Judy's family and friends at www.goodwinsieversfh.com.
