We are saddened by the loss of Judith "Judy" A. Haggard ( Fields), born March 20, 1948 in Vincennes to Carl and Hilda Fields.
Judy went to be with the Lord on August 31,2023 at the age of 75 with loved ones by her side.
Judy graduated from Lincoln High school as part of the Class of 1966. She then attended Indiana Business School. Judy had married Burley J. Haggard on March 3, 1973. She happily retired in 2010 from Indiana Department of Transportation to spend the rest of her life at home with her husband and family. If you knew Judy you knew she loved the Lord, her family and friends. She was very crafty and missed her husband dearly. After retiring Judy and Burley began quilting together. Judy made her famous divinity and later she found a love of making decorative wreaths
She leaves behind two sons; Matthew K. Haggard of Lawerencville, IL, Adam J. Haggard [Samantha] of Vincennes, Six grandchildren Tyler Haggard, Jacie Haggard, Andrew Haggard, Makynze Ashley, Reed Ashley, and Evalynn Haggard. Two great-grandchildren Aiden Haggard and Owen Haggard, Three grand dogs Chole, Zelda and Zena as well as several other family members and dear friends. Preceding Judy in death were both her parents and her husband.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 1:00 pm in Memorial Park Cemetery. Flowers may be sent to the funeral home. Donations may be made to Shop With a Cop. Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the care of Judy.
