Karen Neighbors

Karen J. (Clapp) Neighbors, 56, of Vincennes, passed away Jan. 11, 2013 at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born July 21, 1956, in Shelbyville, IN, to Earl Thomas and Evelyn (McNicholas) Clapp. They preceded her, along with her sisters, Tomette Bateman and Dawn Simerly. Surviving are her children, Eric Neighbors of Vincennes, Stephen Neighbors of Sullivan, IN, and Candi Neighbors-Meulen of Shelbyville, IN; her significant other, Greg Rayley; grandchildren, Zachary Neighbors, Colton Neighbors, Patience Crabtree, and Kassidy Meulen; brothers and sisters, Debbie Blevins of Shelbyville, IN, Tom Clapp of Waldron, IN, Bob Clapp of Greensburg, IN, Carl Clapp of Shelbyville, IN, Jim Clapp of Shelbyville, IN, Paul Clapp of Switz City, IN, Stacey Ramsey of Palestine, IL, and Earl Clapp, Jr. of Washington, IN; and a brother - in- law, Doug Raley of Princeton, IN.
