Keith Bowman

April 18, 1946 — March 22, 2024

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Harold Keith Bowman, a beloved member of the Vincennes, IN community. Born on April 18, 1946, in Vincennes, IN, Keith sadly departed from this world on March 22, 2024. Residing in Washington, IN, Keith leaves behind cherished memories that will forever be treasured.

A man of passion and dedication, Keith served as a valet attendant at Good Samaritan Hospital, and was recognized for his meticulous work and warm demeanor by everyone he encountered. He was also the head of Fishing Campground at Camp Vesper in Soddy Daisy, TN, where he shared his love for the outdoors with many.

Keith's love for family, faith, and laughter defined his character. Devoted to his faith, he was an active member of the First Baptist Church. His best advice he wanted for everyone, was for them to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Keith found joy in attending Vincennes Lincoln High School basketball games with his sister Karla. Keith's loyal companion was his beloved Sheltie dog, Cherish, and he found comfort in woodworking, watching Gunsmoke, and cheering for his favorite teams, the IU Men's Basketball and St. Louis Cardinals.

Keith's legacy of humor, love, and wisdom will be kept alive by his family, including his nephew "H" Young and wife Susan, niece Denah Harrington, daughter Tina Adams; four great nieces, Katrina Gardner (Justin), Trisha Organ (Troy), Mikayla Nash (Luke) and Taylor Greene; one great nephew, Dalton Greene; two great-great nieces, Taylee and Tori Organ; and two great-great-nephews, Miles and Jacob Gardner; along with a great-great-nephew on the way, James Nash. Keith is preceded in death by his parents Harold W. and Delphia A. Bowman, sister Karla Murphy and nephew in law Steve Harrington.
