Kenneth L. Anthis

Kenneth L. Anthis, 78, of Vincennes, passed away at 8:00 am Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at his residence. He was born October 23, 1941 in Knox County, Indiana to James and Pauline (Doades) Anthis. Kenny farmed most of his life and graduated from Decker Chapel High School. In his free time Kenny enjoyed gardening, fishing, and hunting. Surviving are his wife Sharon (Stearns) Anthis whom he married on March 14, 1964; his children, Tamara Kolarick and her husband Anthony of Crestview, FL, Kenneth Anthis Jr. of Vincennes, and Michael Anthis of Vincennes; his brothers and sisters, Janie Wood, Rose Shore, Becky Eufracio, Marvin Anthis, Ronnie Anthis, and David Anthis; his grandchildren, Anthony Kolarick Jr., Andrew Kolarick, and Nicholas Anthis; and a great granddaughter, Audrina Perez. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother Randall Anthis; and a sister Rachel Fowler. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Friday, January 3, 2020 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Trevor Murry officiating.
