Kenneth Menaugh

Kenneth N. Menaugh, 92, of Champaign, formerly of Vincennes, Ind., passed away Saturday (Oct. 27, 2012) at Provena Covenant Medical Center, Urbana, Ill.He was born Nov. 5, 1919, in Vincennes to the late Everett and Nellie (Williams) Menaugh.He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean Menaugh; brother, Robert; sister, Katherine; children, Ronald Menaugh and Jackie West.Kenneth is survived by three daughters: Ruth Brookheart, Linda Menaugh, and Marilyn Murphy; grandchildren, Steven Brookheart, Brent Brookheart, Kenny Woodward, Paul Woodward, Ginger Sanabria, Edward Leonard, Jeff McConaha and Michael McConaha; thirteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.Kenneth served in the Army during World War II and was a member of VFW 5520, American Legion Post 24, Eagles, and Disabled Veterans (life members of all).Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Goodwin Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service time.
