Arthur, 33, 308 Sycamore Street, Washington, passed away at August 2, 2013 at Daviess Community Hospital.She was born October 6, 1979 in Knox County to Harry and Teresa (Catt) Arthur.Surviving is her mother and step-father, Teresa and David Zubiate of Washington; sisters, Jenny Clark of Ragsdale, and Jean Davis of Vincennes, and a brother, Jim Arthur of Sullivan.Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at Goodwin Funeral Home with Chuck Catt officiating.
