Lana Boyle

Lana C. Boyle, 65, of Owensville, IN went to be with the Lord October 17, 2022. She was born in Princeton, IN on September 28, 1957 to John L. Straw and Donnavie Lou (Coleman) Straw. Lana attended Gibson Southern High School and was a part of the 1975 graduating class. She worked for many years as an assistant manager at Get N' Go convenience store. Lana married, the love of her life, Randy Boyle on April 1, 1978. She was a proud member of the South Gibson Apostolic Church and volunteer for CASA. Lana enjoyed many things such as collecting thimbles, gardening her azalea bushes, and spending time with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all. Lana was preceded in death by her father John Straw and great-nephew Isiah Thomas Robinson. She is survived by her husband, of 44 years, Randy Boyle; children Allie Mudgett, Shayna Boyle, Jason (Amber) Boyle; mother Donnavie Straw; special grandson Kaleb (Olivia) Curtice; grandchildren Ayden Mudgett, Jaxon Boyle, Brooklyn Boyle; siblings LaDonna Straw, Lori (Darren) McClellan, Shannel Whitehead, Misty Williams; special nieces/nephews Kimberlie (Justin) Robinson, Coleman Sheridan, Clayton Sheridan; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Holder Funeral Home is honored and entrusted with the care of Mrs. Boyle. Visitation will be Friday, October 21, 2022 from 4-7pm and October 22 from 12-1pm. A funeral service will be held Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 1pm with burial at Clark Cemetery following. Memorial donations can be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation in her honor.
