Larry Karns

Larry Otis Karns, 52, passed away at 2:15 pm on June 23, 2017 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Larry was born on May 5, 1965 in Vincennes the son of Larry D. and Sue (Howell) Karns. Larry was a 1984 graduate of Vincennes Lincoln High School where he played for the football team for four years. He was an avid fisherman, loved walking, and had been a Boy Scout. Larry especially enjoyed his dog's Buddy and Bo.Survivors include his parents, Larry And Sue Karns of Vincennes; sister, Angie Steffy and her husband John of Bruceville; nieces, Jennifer Williams and her husband Gabriel of Monroe City, and Emily Steffy of Bruceville. Larry was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Wilbur and Ruth Karns, and his maternal grandparents, Earl and Evelyn Howe and Bob and Kathleen Peltier.Graveside services for Larry will be held at 10:30 am on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Memorial Park Cemetery.
