Lee Allen Twitty, 54, of 915 N. 8th Street, Vincennes, passed away at 11:35PM on January 20, 2011 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.He was born February 4th 1956, the son of Luther L. Twitty.Lee owned and operated Kustom Signs and was previously employed at Vincennes University. He was a graduate of Lincoln High School. He was an avid racing fan, whether it was local or NASCAR, and was a devoted fan of Dale Earnhardt. Lee also enjoyed coaching girls' softball, fishing, and also restoring Camaros. He attended the Baptist Church and was a former member of the Hoosier Cruisers.Surviving are his wife, Cathy (Sanders) Twitty, whom he married May 2, 1998, three beautiful daughters, Lindsey L. Twitty and her fianc' Kellen R. Scott of Houston, TX, Whitney R. Twitty of Vincennes, and Marcy B. Twitty of Vincennes and two brothers, Larry (Pat) Twitty and Luke Twitty, both of Vincennes.Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday January 24, 2011 at Goodwin Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Thompson and Rev. Scott Rasico officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 AM until the service time Monday at the funeral home.
