Leona Biggs

Leona "Lee" Biggs, 101, of Vincennes, IN, passed away November 28, 2020, at GentleCare Nursing Home. Lee had worked in women's retail sales on Main Street for 57 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. Surviving is her son, Eugene Biggs, of Panama City, FL; four grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Born April 17, 1919, in Perry County, IN, she was the daughter of Henry Luke and Myrtle (Harrison) Curl. Her parents; her husband, Eugene Biggs, whom she married October 16, 1939, and who passed away October 27, 2001; her sisters, Lois Steffey, Lola Neighbors, and Lula Wilder; and her brother, Henry Noble Curl, preceded her. Friends may visit with Lee's family from 1:30 - 2:00 on Thursday, at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, 524 Broadway, Vincennes, IN. Her funeral service will begin at 2:00 on Thursday, at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at the Tower Mausoleum in Memorial Park Cemetery.
