Lisa D. Shepherd, 57, of Lawrenceville passed away at 8:15 am Friday, April 3, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her family.She was born January 10, 1963 in Scottsburg, Indiana to James and Loraine (Everidge) Taylor.Lisa had worked as an LPN at Gentlecare and was affiliated with the General Baptist Church. She loved her daughters and grandchildren with all her heart and cared for everyone around her. In her free time, she enjoyed going mushroom hunting, fishing with her family, and spending time with her grandchildren.Surviving are her life partner Kenneth Shepherd of Lawrenceville; her children Tiffany Halter and her fianc Kelly Wright of Wheatland and Kendra Shepherd of Lawrenceville; her brothers and sisters. Jim Taylor and wife Ann of Vincennes, Rick Taylor of Vincennes, Patricia Taylor of Vincennes, Annette Snapp of Vincennes, and Steve Taylor of Washington; and her two grandchildren in which she thought the world of Owen and Kadence Wright.She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers Jeff and Tom Taylor.Private family services will be held Tuesday, April 7th at Goodwin Funeral Home.
