Lois Leeson

Lois Alice Leeson, 87, passed away at 10:15 pm on June 13, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her family. Lois was born on July 22, 1931, the daughter of John and Emilie Ida (Wente) Mathias. She married Roger L. Leeson on July 19, 1951 and he preceded her in death on April 3, 2001.Lois was a member of First United Methodist and had been a secretary with the Crawfordsville School Corporation for many years.Survivors include her beloved family, daughters, Elain Dahl and her husband David of Washington, Wendy Wyatt and her husband Richard of Nebraska, Amy Leeson of Arizona; son, Roger Leeson of North Carolina; grandchildren, Dr. Nick Dahl and family of Washington, Erin Dahl of Washington, Alex Wyatt and family of Holdredge, NE, Connor Leeson of North Carolina. Lois was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Roger L. Leeson.Celebration of life service for Lois will be held on July 7, 2019 from 3-4 pm at Christ United Methodist Church, 104 N. Meridian, Washington, IN. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Parkinson's Disease Association, Inc., Parkinson Plaza, 135 Parkinson Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10305-1425.
