Marilyn Like

Marilyn Yvonne Like, 88, of Indianapolis passed away March 24, 2025. She was born in Decker, IN on October 23, 1936, to the late Virgil and Marjorie (Robb) Lane. Marilyn graduated from Decker High School in 1954. She married, the love of her life, Marvin Like on December 31, 1955. Marilyn worked as a purchasing agent for American Monitor Corporation for 20 years. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her family. Marilyn will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents Virgil and Marjorie Lane; husband Marvin Like; brothers Daniel and Eddie Lane.

Marilyn is survived by her son Barry Like; grandchildren Michelle (Scott) Stewart and Matthew (Erin) Like; sister Bernice Bogard; great-grandchild Connor Stewart; step gret-grandchildren Emily and Jake Stewart; and several nieces and nephews.

Goodwin-Sievers is honored to be entrusted with the care of Mrs. Like. Visitation will be held April 5, 2025, from 1- 2 pm at Memorial Park Cemetery with private burial to follow.
