Marjorie M. Hunley, 89, of Nineveh, IN, passed away Saturday, September 29, at her home. She was born November 30, 1922, in Decker, IN, to William and Mary Ann (Johnson) Hunley. Marge was preceded by her parents; her brothers, Maurice Hunley and Ronald Wayne Hunley; and her sisters, Edith Dunning, Leota Bateman, Norma Jean Gibbs, and Wilma Shappard. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. During World War II, Marge worked at the Republic Airplane factory in Evansville, IN, and also at the parachute plant. She later worked at the Brown Shoe Factory and Prestolite, before retiring from Western Electric in Indianapolis. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, at 12:00 noon, at Gardner Brockman Funeral Home. Friends may call from 11:00 until 12:00. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
