Mary Goble

Mary E. Goble, 64, of 1622 S. Hart Street, passed away at 4:45 pm on Friday, April 12, 2013 at Bridgepointe Health Campus. Mary was born on March 3, 1949 in the Decker Chapel area, the daughter of Ralph J. and Anna Mae (Smith) Greemore. She married Jerry Goble on August 16, 1968 and he survives.Mary graduated from the first graduating class of South Knox High School and had attended Decker Chapel Church. She was a huge soap opera fan and loved watching General Hospital and The Young and the Restless. Mary also enjoyed working jigsaw puzzles.Survivors include her husband, Jerry Goble of Vincennes; son, Johnny Goble and his wife Erika of Monroe City; grandchildren, Hunter and Abigale Goble; three brothers, John Greemore and his wife Lana of Decker Chapel; Gene Greemore of Decker Chapel and Bill Greemore and his wife Sheila of Vincennes. Mary was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Don Greemore.Funeral services for Mary will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at Gardner-Brockman Funeral Home, 505 Main St. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
