Matthew Weber

Matthew S. Weber, 26, of Johnson, IN went to be with the Lord August 3, 2019. He was born November 27, 1992 in Evansville, IN to Dwayne Weber and Robbin (Welch) Weber. Matt attended Gibson Southern High School in Ft. Branch. Starting at age 5 he raced four wheelers until he was 7, and then again when he was 12. Matt loved to spend time in nature hunting, fishing, boating and camping out. In 2012 he became a father to his little boy Bo. Matt loved to spend time with his son. He enjoyed doodling and writing poetry, he even had a poem published while in grade school. Matt was a funny guy and really enjoyed making people laugh. He was especially fond of his mother's cooking and would encourage her to make him meatloaf. Matt has many friends and family that will deeply miss him. He is preceded in death by his grandma Sharon Welch; aunt Pam Weber; and uncle Robert Hales. Matt is survived by his parents Dwayne and Robbin Weber; son Bo Weber; grandparents Jim Welch, Stephen Weber, and Brenda Smith; brother Joey Goodman; nephews Trevor and Teagan Goodman; special friend Destiny Folsom; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Holder's Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be entrusted with the care of Mr. Weber. Visitation will be held Friday, August 9, 2019 at Holders Funeral Home from 4p-8p and Sunday 10a-1p. Funeral will be Sunday at 1p with Bob Douglas officiating and interment at Maumee Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donation can be made to Holders Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
