Maxine Felthousen

Maxine J. "Micki" Felthousen, 83, passed away June 18, 2021, at her daughter's home in Terre Haute, IN.Maxine was always happy and positive, and saw the best in people. She loved spending time with her family, watching movies, bingo, playing games, tackling a puzzle, listening to music and eating her favorite foods. Florida held a special place in her heart and she couldn't wait for her yearly trips.She was a master seamstress, artist, and homemaker while raising children. She later used her college education in a variety of secretary/administrative assistant positions.Surviving are her children, Denise Cain of Vincennes, IN, Sandra Crawford of Vero Beach, FL, Colleen Russell of Vincennes, IN, Shannon Hudson and her husband, Brad, of Terre Haute, IN, and Greg Tracy of South Beloit, IL; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.Born June 6, 1938, in Schenectady, NY, she was the daughter of Harmond Delmont and Minnie Anna (O'Brien) Felthousen, Jr. Her parents; her daughter, Kimberly Moody; her son, Rick Brady; her siblings, Wayne "Moe" Felthousen, Noreen McQuillen, and Harmond "Pete" Felthousen III; and her grandchild, Prentiss Gillett IV preceded her.Friends may visit with her family from 11:00 - 12:00 on Sunday, at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, 524 Broadway, Vincennes, IN.
