Melvin Hardiman

Melvin L. "Fuzz" "Red" Hardiman, 58, of St. Paul Minnesota, passed away at 2:25 p.m. on Monday February 2, 2015 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN.Melvin was born on January 23, 1957 in Vincennes, the son of Melvin and Betty (Hill) Hardiman. He married Cassandra Amos on February 1, 1991 and she survives. Melvin attended Lincoln High School and served his country in the US Navy. At an early age he became a member of Second Baptist Church. He loved spending time and cooking for his family He is survived by his wife of twenty four years, Cassandra (Amos) Hardiman of Minnesota, daughters, Melvina and Marie Carter of Georgia, and Brandi Cunningham and Teletha Johnson of Evansville; step-children, Rashard Amos of St. Paul, MN, and Tennisha Amos of Georgia; brothers, Lloyd Hardiman, James Hardiman, Paul Hardiman, and Michael Hardiman; his sister, Jeanette Gordon; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Goodwin Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm with Rev. William Morris officiating.
