Michael Minderman

Michael Minderman, 73 passed away at 10:40 am on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at the Washington Nursing Center. Michael was born on June 14, 1939 in Vincennes the son of Lloyd and LaNelle (Chaney) Minderman. Michael served his country in the Army and was a Merchant Seaman for many years. He also was employed at the United States Post Office for many years. Survivors include his mother, LaNelle Minderman of Vincennes; sisters, Judith A. Doane and her husband, Thomas of Oaktown; Patricia Gottschalk of Northfield, IL; niece, Tracy Early and her husband Bert of Vincennes; nephew, Kyle Doane and his wife Kathy of Oaktown, niece, Dr. Lisa R. Gottschalk and her husband Dr. Michael Parmacek of Philladelphia, PA and nephew Daniel R. Gottschalk and his wife Kristin of Chicago, IL. Michael was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd and brother-in-law, Dr. William Gottschalk.Graveside services for Michael were conducted at 2:00 pm Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at Memorial Park Cemetery.
