Craig Pruesner, 67, passed away at 2:00 am on January 10, 2016 at his residence. Craig was born on July 1, 1948 in Vincennes the son of Leslie and Irma (Gremore) Pruesner. Craig served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict while serving with the 23rd DIV. AMERICAL and received three Bronze Stars for heroism in ground combat. Craig worked as a semi-truck driver for Holscher Farms. He was a member of the Harmony Society, American Legion, VFW, and Forty et 8. Craig enjoyed being with family and friends, IU basketball and Colts football. Survivors include his daughters, Melinda Brady and her husband Mike of Evansville, Kelly Caskey and her husband Mark of Cincinnati; mother, Irma Pruesner of Vincennes; brother, Steve Pruesner of Vincennes; grandchildren, Jarrett Caskey, Carley Caskey and Carson Brady. Craig was preceded in death by his father, Leslie Pruesner. Funeral services for Craig will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway with Rev. Ray Tromley officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery where the All Weather Firing Squad will conduct military rites. Friends may visit with Craig's family from 11:00 am until the hour of service time of 2:00 pm at the funeral home on Saturday.
