Michael Taylor

Michael Anthony Taylor age 57, a long time resident of Mobile, Alabama, died November 11, 2006 in Mobile following a lengthy illness. Born in Sewanee, TN, Mr. Taylor was raised in Owensboro, KY and graduated from Daviess County High School in 1967. Mr Taylor had a notable career in economic development and had been employeed with the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce and the First National Bank of Mobile. He is survived by his daughter Sarah David Jurenka and his son Michael A. Taylor, Jr.; his grandson, John Jurenka; his former wife, Rita Mallini, all of Mobile, AL. Also surviving are his brothers, Elbert JanTaylor, Jr., Del City, OK; Jeff S. Betty Taylor, Owensboro, KY; and Rusty Kathy Taylor, Elizabethtown, KY. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elbert Taylor, Sr. and Imogene Taylor. Private services for the family will be held in Mobile.
