Mike Heiden

Michael Jon Heiden, 46, passed away at 12:35 pm on November 11, 2024. Mike was born in Carrington, ND on February 14, 1978, to Steve and Becky (Fandrich) Heiden.

Mike was a kind soul and liked nothing more than spending time with his daughter and fishing. Fishing and music were Mike's passion, and he always said he was at peace when he was fishing. He also loved music and taught himself to play drums as well as guitar. Mike also loved sports, especially baseball, basketball, football and wrestling. He also was an avid 49 er's fan.

Survivors include his daughter, Addyson Heiden, mother, Becky Heiden; paternal grandmother, Mary Heiden; brothers, Toby Heiden and his wife Katie, Jon Heiden and his wife Jeanne; nieces and nephews, Macee, Madison, Mallory, Gracie, Carson, Griffin, Reese, Hudson and Benson. Mike is also survived by several aunts and uncles. He is preceded in death by his father, Steve Heiden, maternal grandparents, Theodore and Inez Fandrich, and paternal grandfather, Alvin Heiden.

Friends may visit with Mikes family from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm on Friday, November 15, 2024, at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, 524 Broadway, Vincennes, IN 47591. A memorial service will begin at 1:00 pm with Pastor Mike Flynn officiating. Mike will be laid to rest in Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery next to his father Steve. The Heiden family has requested memorial contributions be made to Addyson Heiden College Fund.
