Mildred Swanagin

Mildred A. Swanagin, 74, passed away at 1:40 am on April 14, 2019 at Eastgate Manor. Mildred was born on October 31, 1944 in Washington to Dutch and Ruth (Gaines) Thompson. She married Gary Gray and then married Chuck Swanagin and he preceded her in death.Mildred was a homemaker and was a member of the American Legion and VFW.Survivors include her children, Jeff Gray of Bicknell, Tracy Gray and his wife Darla of Washington, Amy Lengacher and her husband Matt of Odon; step-daughter, Lori Brummitt and her husband Randy of Washington; brother, Dane Thompson of Washington; her grandchildren, Chad, Angie, Amber, Josh, Chantal, Austin, Beau, Karlee, Ayrika, Drew, Madi, Rachell, Jon, Brandee, Rex, Adam, Briley, Evan and Kade. Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Chuck Swanangin, step-daughter, Lisa Kishell, grandson Seth Coy and special friend Wally Dougherty.Friends may visit with Mildred's family on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 from 4-8 pm at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, 2020 State Street. Mildred's funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Coquillard officiating.
