Misty Herndon

Misty Gale (Gregory) Herndon, 42, passed away on February 7, 2019. Misty was born on October 6, 1976 in Vincennes the daughter of Terry and Sandra (Greer) Gregory. She married Andrew Herndon on March 9, 2013 and he survives.Misty attended Southwind Wesleyan Church in Washington. She loved her family, her dog Ringo, anything Nike and tie-dye.Survivors include her husband, Andrew Herndon; mother, Sandra Barker and her step-father Jerry Barker who she always referred to as Barker, of Washington; sister, Deanna Gregory-Hyde and her husband Mike of Washington; brother, Chadd Gregory of Washington; step-daughter, Elizabeth Herndon of Willow Branch, In; step-sister, Lisa Wernert and her husband Gerry of Martinsville, IN; Nieces, Cheyanne Stone, Kailey Gregory; nephews, Bryant Heffernan, Jalen Stone and Timothy and Tyler Wernert and great-niece, Hailey Heffernan. Misty was preceded in death by her father, Terry Gregory, paternal grandparents, James and Zola Gregory, maternal grandparents, Bill and Juanita Greer and an aunt Patricia Gale Greer who Misty was named after.The family will have a private viewing and there will be a celebration of life service on Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 2-4 pm at Southwind Wesleyan Church, 1782 Troy Road, Washington, IN 47501.
