Nancy Bender

Nancy K. Bender, 79, of Vincennes, passed away at 7:42 pm Monday, July 16, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospital.She was born on November 6, 1938 in Lawrenceville, Illinois to George and Oma (Bailey) Brewington.Nancy retired from Vincennes University in the clerical department and was a member of the Ridgecrest Baptist Church.Surviving are her children, Michael Bender of Vincennes and Janice (Tim) Trivette of Vale, North Carolina; and five grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; and eight brothers and sisters.Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Walker Hatton officiating. There will be no visitation. Arrangements were entrusted to Goodwin Funeral Home.
