Nancy Sue Price

Nancy Sue Price, 87, of Washington, IN passed away on December 14, 2024. She was born in Montgomery, IN on February 19, 1937, to the late Milford and Arella (Fleener) Elmore. Nancy married, the love of her life, Frank Price on September 15, 1956. She worked as a homemaker taking care of her family. She was formerly of the pentecostal faith before becoming an active member of the Montgomery Christian Church. Nancy was involved in the Eastern Star Organization both on the local level, serving as worthy matron, and in the Indiana Grand chapter serving as grand representative to New York from Indiana and District Deputy of the 2nd district. Nancy also owned and operated her own ceramic shop for 10 years and Nancy's Tropical Fish Shop for 5 years. In her free time, Nancy enjoyed crocheting and camping.

She was preceded in death by her parents Milford and Arella Elmore; husband Frank Price; siblings Barbara (Hubert) Milton, Jack Elmore, Richard "Dickie" (Beverly) Elmore.

Nancy is survived by her children Mandy (Chip) Troutman and Michael "Mic" (Pam) Price; grandchildren Tiffani (Nelson) Grafton, Justin Taylor and wife Lisa, Valerie Rector and husband Logan; great-grandchildren Brianne Powers and Bryce Powers, Braxton Miller, Zylee and Axel Rector. 

Goodwin-Sievers is honored to be entrusted with the care of Mrs. Price. Visitation will be held December 19, 2024, at 2020 State Street from 11 am to service time. An Eastern Star Service will begin promptly at 1 pm with the funeral service following and burial at Bethany Cemetery in Washington, IN.
