Nancy Reece

Nancy L. Reece, 74, of Vincennes, passed away at 1:25 am Thursday April 20, 2017 at Good Samaritan Hospital.She was born December 10, 1942 in Hammond, Indiana to Albert and Betty (Polston) Chambers.Nancy had been a real estate salesperson and also a manager at Big Lots. She attended Heritage Baptist Church and enjoyed painting, gardening, bird watching, and loved her grandchildren.Surviving are her husband, Garrett Reece of Vincennes, whom she married August 10, 1996; her children, Shelly Maurer of Wilmington, IL, Paula Sanders of Vincennes, Ray and Tabby Cummins of Vincennes, and Rich Cummins of Vincennes; 10 grandchildren, three great grandchildren, 5 step children, 8 step great grandchildren, and three step great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Steven Chambers; and a sister, Deborah Chambers Holman.There will be no public services.
