Norma Purcell, 91, of Vincennes, IN, passed away Nov. 16, 2020, at the Lodge of the Wabash. Surviving are her children, Brenda Tislow of Cuero, TX, Forrest Lee Campbell of Victoria, TX, Russell Campbell of Decatur County, IN, and Linda Purcell of Vincennes, IN; her sisters, Marceline Peach, Inez Ramsey, and Pauline Edwards; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She was born May 23, 1929, in Knox County, IN, to Clarence and Ethel Ann (Clemons) Willis. Her parents; her husband, Charles Purcell; and her daughter, Robin Elaine Campbell.
