Pamela June (Case) Pinkstaff Lucas, 55 of Vincennes, passed away on January 24, 2013 at the Good Shepherd Hospice House in Sebring, Florida after a strong battle with cancer.She was born May 6, 1957 in Vincennes to George & Carolyn June (Starrett) Case.Pam was a nurse for 18 years and a health administrator for 10 years. She attended Community United Methodist Church and belonged to the Moose Lodge, VFW Ladies Auxiliary #1157, Elks, and the Eagles. Pam Graduated from Lincoln High School in 1975, received her associates degree in nursing from Lincoln Trail College, and her administrators degree from UNC Chapel Hill. Surviving is her husband, Dale E. Lucas, whom she married on August 29, 2000; her mother Carolyn Case of Vincennes; two sons, Benjamin Joseph Pinkstaff of Vincennes and Ronnie Joe (Beverly) Pinkstaff Jr. of Carrollton, GA; step daughter, Jill Lucas of South Bend; step son, Alexander (Sara) of Nashville, TN; sister, Debora Flynn of Bedford; brothers, George Case of Loogootee, John Case of Camby, and Mark Case of Vincennes; half brothers, George Case of Sullivan, Randy Case of Brownsburg, Clayton "C.T." Case of Indianapolis, and Larry Case of Scottsburg; grandchildren, Candace Pinkstaff, Ronnie Pinkstaff-Armstrong, Kate Lucas, Grant Lucas, Cooper Davis, and Emma Davis; and a step grandson, Noel Lucas.She was preceded in death by her father, and a son, Bradley Pinkstaff.Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 31, 2013 at Community United Methodist Church with Rev. Cheryl Garbe and Rev. Ray Tromley officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Goodwin Funeral Home.
