Pamela Newberry

Pamela S. Newberry, 50, of 9544 Summers Road, Vincennes, passed away on Sunday August 10, 2014 at IUPUI Cancer Center in Indianapolis.She was born on February 24, 1964 in Vincennes to Douglas and Betty (Stangle) Downey.Pam was a nurse at the Wabash Valley Correctional Center in Carlisle and also had worked at Good Samaritan Hospital and Vincennes University. She attended the Christ Community Church.Surviving are her parents of Vincennes, her husband, Danny Newberry ; her children, Jake Allen Newberry, Danielle Newberry, Elizabeth Grace Newberry, Autumn Newberry, all of Vincennes, and Jeremy Newberry of Washington; a brother, J.D. Downey; and two grandchildren, Eli and Allie Newberry.She was preceded in death by a grandson, Grant Allen Newberry.A Celebration of Pam's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday August 14, 2014 at Goodwin Funeral Home with Rev.
