Patricia Case

Patricia K. Case, 59, of Verne passed away at her home on Friday, June 13, 2014. Pat was born in Vincennes on January 17, 1955, to Lloyd and Grace McKinley, of Oaktown. Pat married Brad Case on August 25, 1974. Pat worked at Center Hardware in Vincennes for 17 years and Good Samaritan Hospital in Medical Records as well as a Medical Necessity Coder before retiring in 2011. Pat was a member of Indiana Presbyterian Church where she formerly served as an elder. Pat enjoyed making crafts, working with beads, reading, and spending time with her dogs and cats. Pat's favorite activity was spending time with and watching her four grandchildren. Pat graduated from North Knox High School in 1973 and Vincennes University with a degree in Medical Records. Surviving are Pat's loved ones: her husband, Brad Case; one son, Ryan Case and his wife Audrey, of Dubois; grandchildren, Rolen, Camden, Kinley, and Callan Case, of Dubois; her mother, Grace McKinley, of Terre Haute; four sisters, Kathy Ho and her husband Soonpil, of Oaktown, Linda Linneweber and her husband Bruce, of Vincennes, Norma Moore and her husband Mike, of Virginia, and Pam Green and her husband David, of Terre Haute; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Pat was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd McKinley and an infant daughter, Holly Case Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 16, 2014 at Indiana Presbyterian Church with Rev. Larry Langer officiating. Burial will follow in the Case Cemetery in Hymera Indiana. Visitation will be from 2-7 p.m. Sunday at Goodwin Funeral Home.
