Patricia Eagleson

Patricia Ann (Madison) Eagleson, 81, of Vincennes, passed away at 9:25 am Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Good Samaritan Hospital.She was born August 16, 1937 in Vincennes to Virgil and Ethel (Ruehrschneck) Madison.Patricia had worked at Wabash Valley Human Services and loved her family. Her husband was her partner and best friend as she treasured her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren as she was their encourager and cheerleader. She loved sports and watching her kids and grand kids play. Patricia enjoyed camping, playing golf, and loved taking trips with her husband Jerry, across the United States.Surviving are her husband, Jerry Eagleson, whom she married August 16, 1956; her three children, Susan Cullison and her husband Jeff of Greer, South Carolina, Steve Eagleson and his wife Carol of Daphne, AL, and Karen Harper and her husband Brent of Oblong, IL; a brother, Jerry Madison of Bicknell; and a sister, Terry Jones of Vincennes; her grandchildren, Greg Johnson, Sarah Osmer, Jacob Eagleson, Grace Eagleson, Reid Eagleson, Kylie Littlejohn, and Kelsie Harper; and her great grandchildren, Ashby Keith, Elliott Eagleson, Harper Littlejohn, and Bennett Littlejohn.She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Mary Delisle; and two brothers, Jim Madison and Bill Madison.Memorial services will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Goodwin Funeral Home.
