Patricia Mccarthy

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patricia McCarthy. Patricia was born on July 26, 1928, in Vincennes, IN, to her loving parents Elizabeth (Lenahan) and James McCarthy Sr. She peacefully passed away on September 28, 2024, a Gentlecare Nursing Home.

Throughout her life, Patricia was a dedicated member of the Alter Society, the Daughters of the American Revolution (Francis Vigo Chapter), and the Knights of Columbus. Her commitment to service and faith extended beyond these organizations as she cherished her Catholic faith and attended mass regularly until she could no longer do so. Patricia's unwavering devotion to her community and her faith left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A Graveside Service to honor and celebrate the life of Patricia McCarthy will be held at the Mt Calvary Catholic Cemetery on October 9, 2024, at 1:00 pm in Vincennes, Indiana. Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the care of Patricia.
