Patrick "Pat" Jennings, 63, of 1211 McDowell, Vincennes, passed away Sunday at 12:35 am on November 15, 2015 at Good Samaritan Hospital.He was born October 10, 1952 in Fargo, North Dakota to Duane and Maxine (Deneen) Jennings.Pat retired from Vincennes University in 2013 as a Professor of Conservation Law for 39 years and had also been a Conservation Officer from 1974 to 1975. A member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, his other memberships included the FOP, and the National Turkey Federation. Pat loved to cook for his family and friends, and was an avid hunter and fisherman.Surviving is his wife, Rebecca (Sims) Jennings, whom he married August 10, 1974; his children, Andrew Deneen (Megan) Jennings and Laura (Justin) McBee, both of Vincennes; his sister and brothers, Carolyn Larsen of Boling Brook, IL, Peter Jennings of Plainfield, Michael Jennings of Plainfield, and Marc Jennings of Indianapolis; and his grandchildren, Walker Deneen Jennings, Rylee Elizabeth Jennings, Reese Maelynn McBee and Leo Patrick McBee.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Celebrant David Fleck officiating.
