Paul Elliott

Paul Mark Elliott, 73, of 1323 Washington Ave., Vincennes, passed away at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born January 4, 1938, in Lerna, IL, the son of George and Emma (Haley) Elliott.Paul owned and operated the House of Flowers and was a member of St. James Episcopal Church where he had been an organist for many years. He loved his music. He served his country in the United States Navy.Survivors include his wife, Phyllis (Whiting) Elliott, whom he married in 1996, of Vincennes; daughter, Paula (Tony) Eveland of Paris, IL; son, Paul Mark (Marcia) Elliott, Jr. of Indianapolis; step-daughter, April (Marvin) Williams of Corpus Christi, TX; five grandchildren; two step-grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.His parents preceded him in death.A memorial service will be held at a later date.Memorial contributions may be made to St. James Episcopal Church.Online condolences may be sent to www.goodwinfamilyfh.com
