Pauline Edwards

Pauline Edwards, 83, of Cannelburg, IN passed away March 19, 2024. She was born in Vincennes, IN on May 21, 1940, to the late Clarence and Ethel (Clemmons) Willis. Pauline graduated from Lincoln High School in 1958. She worked for many years as a seamstress and lastly at Johnson Control for 20 years before retiring. Pauline was a member of the Montgomery Christian Church.

Pauline loved life and was a giver. She was a proud Christian and enjoyed reading her Bible. Pauline had a strong passion for caring for others, especially her kids and grandbabies. She was her son, Doug's, caretaker for all his of life. In her free time, she loved shopping for bargains at yard sales, quilting, watching soap operas and QVC, spending time with her family, and being with her beloved pets. Pauline will be deeply missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents; companion of 20+ years Cresy Evans Jr.; son Brian Douglas Edwards; siblings Millie Walker, Thelma Stephens, Eileen Campbell, Bonnie Sievers, Norma Purcell, Marceline Peach, Inez Ramsey, and twin brother Paul Willis Sr.

Pauline is survived by her daughter Cathy (Jason) Ochs; grandchildren Alyssa (Derrick) Robertson, Kirsten Purdue, Kalen Ochs; bonus grandson WoodJerry (Steffa) Gelin; great-grandchild Raleigh Robertson; bonus great-grandchild Lizah Gelin.

Goodwin-Sievers is honored to be entrusted with the care of Ms. Edwards. Visitation will be held March 22, 2024, at 524 Broadway St. from 11 am to service time. Service time will begin promptly at 1 pm with burial at Memorial Park following immediately.

Memorial donations can be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association in Pauline's honor.
