Pauline Hutchison

Pauline M. Hutchison, 88, passed away on December 10, 2020 at BridgePointe Health Campus.She was born on August 19, 1932, in Vincennes, Indiana to Sylvester and Emma (Rasico) Carie.Pauline was a graduate of St. Rose Academy and the Good Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing. She worked as a staff nurse in the office of Drs. Anderson, Smith, and Anderson, and was an assistant head nurse, head nurse, emergency room nurse, and rehab nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was a very kind and caring person to her patients, their families, and her co-workers.Pauline was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence R. Hutchison, Jr., whom she married on January 27, 1955. She also was preceded in death by a son, Clarence III, and two granddaughters, Ashton and Brianne Church.Survivors include her children, Michael Hutchison and his wife Suzie of Vincennes, Matt Hutchison of Terre Haute, and Nancy Church and her husband Toby of Monrovia. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Katie Graham and her husband Michael, Molly Osgood and her husband Matt, Jessica Hutchison, Benjamin Hutchison, Anna Hutchison, and Chrislyn Fite and her husband Logan; and her great grandsons Conrad and Henry Graham, Luke and Elliott Osgood, and Landon Fite.Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, December 18, 2020 at Mt Calvary Cemetery with Rev. Tony Ernst officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
