She was born September 14, 1946, in Chicago, IL to the late William Shiparro and Sadie Schneider.Penny was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing bingo, crocheting and her grandchildren.Survivors include her children, Misty (Michael) Tislow of Vincennes, Elzie Suddeth, Jr. of Vincennes and Karen Adams of Ohio; adopted daughters, Kristy Truelove and Rose Cardinal and their children, Zach Cardinal, Jenna Cardinal, Dylan Truelove and Jayde Truelove; brother, Leon; grandchildren, Austin Webster, Amy Hockett, David Wilder, Jr.; two step-grandchildren, Jacob and Jared Tislow and great-grandchildren, Christopher Peirson, Daniel Peirson and Brooklyn Peirson.Graveside services will be Monday, April 18 at 1:30 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery.
