Phillip Case, 74, of Vincennes, passed away at 11:00 am Wednesday November 1, 2017 at his residence.He was born April 25, 1943 in Vincennes.Phillip had worked at the Knox County Highway Department and the Vincennes City Street Department.Surviving is a daughter, Tammy Case of Vincennes; a brother, David Case; along with two grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Virginia Case.Private services were held. Goodwin Funeral Home assisted with the arrangements.
