Phyllis Dobson, of Decker, IN, passed away Nov. 3, 2013, at BridgePointe Health Campus.Born June 18, 1940 in Martin County, Indiana, she was the daughter of Vople and Virginia (Frazo) Russell. Preceding her were her parents; her husband, John Dobson; a son, Charles Bradley Dobson; sisters, Carol Street and Louise Reynolds; and her brothers, Rick, Harold, Dave, and Ronnie Russell.Surviving is her son, John (Teresa) Dobson of Decker, IN; sisters, Mary Alice Stuckhart of Paris, IL, Connie Byrd of Bruceville, IN,and Norma Meyers of Vincennes; brothers, Bobby Russell of Vincennes, Larry Russell and Gordon Russell, both of Decker,IN; grandchildren, Ashley Gabbard and Jonathan Dobson; and Great-Grandchildren, Aden Gabbard, Alyssa Gabbard, Brylee Dobson, and Kylee Dobson.A graveside service will be held at 12:00 noon, EDT, on Saturday, at the Hazelton Cemetery, in Hazelton, IN.
