Phyllis Schmitt

Phyllis Jean Schmitt passed away from this life on Friday, December 31, 2021, at Bridgepointe Health Campus in Vincennes, Indiana at the age of 76. She was born on Saturday, September 1, 1945, in Knox County, Indiana. She is survived by her brother Buryl Goodwin's wife Gay, niece Sam Sellers, niece Stephaine Goodwin, nephew Tim Goodwin, nephew Michael Goodwin, niece Raven Goodwin, nine great-nieces and nephews, along with other relatives and friends. Those who preceded her in death include her father Paul Goodwin, and mother Mary Phyllis Jones Goodwin, along with other family members. Phyllis Jean Schmitt graduated from Fritchton High School in the class of 1963. She was a cheerleader all four years in high school. She was a member of the Indiana Presbyterian Church in Vincennes, Indiana for many years. She loved to collect many different items along with many different antiques. She loved to play Sudoku and she enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved all of her nieces, nephews, and great-nieces, and nephews very much. She will be missed by all.
