Ralph Buescher

Ralph Eugene Buescher Sr., 89, passed away on Tuesday October 15, 2019, at BridgePointe Health Center.Ralph was born in Vincennes, Indiana on Thursday, March 13, 1930 to Esther and William Buescher. Ralph was a lifetime member of St. John Lutheran Church, where he was baptized, confirmed, and where he later married his loving wife, Violet. Ralph's early career found him driving delivery trucks which included milk, newspapers and bulk mail. He later retired from Essex Wire. His favorite pastime was supporting his beloved St. Louis Cardinals. From taking his children to their games to his decked out Cardinal dcor of his Bridgepointe room, it was very easy to see he was an avid Cardinal fan.Ralph was predeceased by his wife, Violet (Berry) Buescher, his parents, and his brother Robert Buescher Sr. Surviving are his children, Ralph E. (Vicki) Buescher Jr. of Louisville, KY, Yvonne L. (Brian) Miles of Louisville, KY, and Esther L. Evans of Pacific, MO.Ralph leaves behind his grandchildren, Cyndi (Anthony) Wilder, Michael (Laura) Sutton, Stephanie (Robert) West, and Billy (Allie) Evans, Step-grandchildren Dana (Scott) Irwin, Dennis (Lucy) Garwood, and Tara (Todd) Winter. His great grandchildren, Austin and Whitney Snyder, Dashel Sutton, and Isaac and Lucas West, Step-great grandchildren Brett Stockton, Layne Stockton, Levi Stockton, Danica Garwood and Delilah Winter, as well as Step-great great grandchildren Ryker and Kolsyn Stockton.Service will be at Goodwin Family Funeral Home located at 524 Broadway, Vincennes, Indiana. Visitation will be held on Friday, Oct. 18, 2019 from 10 am until the time of service at noon. Following he will rest in Fairview Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John Lutheran Church.
