Richard Dutton

Fred R. Dutton passed away at home on September 9, 2021 and he was born on September 8, 1949 at the age of 72. Preceding him in death were his parents Richard and Francis Ritterskamp Dutton. Fred was a graduate of Fritchton High School and Oakland City College. He started his career at Forbes Nursery and upon their closing he started Fred Dutton Lawn and Landscaping Services. Fred was a 39 years member of Farm Bureau and was the Ag Day chairman. He tried to not miss watching the Colts, IU, Pacer Basketball, the St. Louis Cardinals. Survivors are his sisters, Rita Dutton Dunlap of Newburgh, Lida Dutton Lytle (George) of Jacksonville, FL., Niece Sarah Dunlap Gonzalez (Hecter), nephews Allen Dunlap, David Lytle, (Dani), cousins Cathy Linneweber (Greg), Susie Kolhouse, Bill Ritterskamp (Judy), Ronelle Linneweber, Travis Linneweber (Magan), Lisa Ritterskamp (Marsha), and Kim Regalado. In lieu of flowers the family requested that donations be made to Farm Bureau c/o Rich Chattin or Ronelle Linneweber for a future Fred Dutton Ag Scholarship, or the charity of their choice. Visitation for friends and family of Fred Dutton will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Goodwin Sievers Funeral Home 524 Broadway Street Vincennes, Indiana.
