Rick Mcwilliams

Rick E. McWilliams, 66, passed away on February 20, 2021 in Washington, IN. Rick was born on April 8, 1954 in Washington, IN the son of Maurice and Mildred (Elkins) McWilliams. He married Sondra Stiles on January 2, 1993.Rick was a 1973 graduate of Washington High School and was Maintenance Director at Daviess Community Hospital for many years and he retired in 2008. He loved his grandchildren very much and enjoyed watching them in their sporting activities. Rick also liked golf cart rides, fishing, racing, being outdoors, and walking his dog Jake.Survivors include his wife, Sondra McWilliams of Washington; sons, Trent McWilliams and his wife Jennifer of Washington, Brandon McWilliams and his wife Kristi of Washington; daughter, Heather Arney and Eric Huebner of Washington; his grandchildren, Brodie, Makenzi, Brantley and Korbin McWilliams, and Isabella Arney. Rick was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Sue Cummings.Friends may visit with Rick's family from 4-7 pm on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, 2020 State St., Washington, IN. A service to celebrate Ricks life will start at 7:00 pm on Thursday at Goodwin-Sievers with Pastor Adam Conder officiating. Rick will be laid to rest in Plainville Cemetery and Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home is honored to assist the McWilliams family with arrangements.Tribute Video
