Robert "Bob" Phillips

Robert "Bob" E. Phillips, 65, of Monroe City, IN, passed away at his home on December 10, 2016.Born January 30, 1951, in Connersville, IN, he was the son of Robert Phillips and Beulah (Durham) Phillips - Carson. His parents; a sister, Sharon Carson; and a brother, David Phillips, preceded him.Surviving is his wife, Audrey (Bombe) Phillips; his children, Steven Ulmer of Sikeston, MO, and Angela Cessell and her husband, Phil, of Loogootee, IN; sisters, Sandra Devine of Vincennes, and Sherry Rae Bowman of Missouri; a brother, Gerald Phillips of Jasonville, IN; and his grandchildren, Andrea, Madison, and Hanna Williams, and Preston and Macey Ulmer.Bob had worked in construction, and served in the US Army during the Vietnam War.There will be no services.Online condolences may be sent to the family through goodwinfamilyfh.com.
