Robert M. Frye

Robert M. "Bob" Frye, 71, of Vincennes, passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Good Samaritan Hospital.He was born February 7, 1948 in Vincennes, Indiana to William Robert and Mildred (Blake) Frye.Robert was a delivery driver for many years. Bob served in the Air Force and was a member of the American Legion. Bob enjoyed going to the casinos, fishing and musseling in the Wabash, and taking his children and grandchildren to sporting events.Surviving are his wife, Mary (Cutsinger) Frye, who he married on June 5, 1993; his children, Tracie Frye and her husband Adrian Borjas of Deerfield, KS, Billie Palmer and her husband Bill of Lawrenceville,IL Tammy Meredith and her husband Philip of Madison, IN, Zachary Frye of Vincennes, Zoey Frye of Vincennes, Tammy Bennett and her husband Jay of Bicknell, Connie Richmond and her husband Perry of Sebring, KY, and Gladys Kennedy and her husband Jim of Monroe City; along with 21 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.Preceding him in death were his parents; a son, Dale Groves; and his brother and sister, Suetta Johnson, and Gary Frye.Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday at Memorial Park Cemetery with Ron Barnes officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Military Rites will be accorded by the Vincennes American Legion V.F.W. 40 et 8 all weather firing squad.
