Robert Moore

Robert Lynn Moore, 88, of Owensville, IN passed away January 22, 2021. He was born May 13, 1932 to the late James Robert Moore and Maella M. Moore in Whittier, CA. Robert was in the Owensville High School graduating class of 1950. He worked as an Aerospace Engineer for Lockheed and Marquardt for 30 years before retiring. Robert proudly served his country in the US Airforce during the Korean War. He was a member of the Princeton Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite Valley of Evansville, IN, Hadi Shrine, American Legion, and VFW. Robert was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his cousins Mike (Nancy) Crabtree, Dennis Crabtree, Jeff (Yolanda) Crabtree, Lynda (Dean) Deal, Karen (Al) Dike, Nancy (Brad) Elliott, Jerry (Lisa) Moore, JV Moore, Mary Ruth (Eddie) Wilkerson, Jimmy (Anna) Moore, Karen Moore Jonke, Pat (Teri) Moore, Bruce (Claudia) Moore, Jerry Cleland, Louis (Patty) Fleece, David (Cricket) Knowles, Bill (Patty) Knowles, Jim Knowles, Joanie (Darwin) Brown, Stan (Patty) Loewenkamp, Steve (Sharon) Loewenkamp, Rick (Coni) Loewenkamp, Randy (Lisa) Loewenkamp, Phil (Sharon) Knierim, Jim (Virginia) Knierim, and Kathy (David) Hyer. Holder's Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be entrusted with the care of Robert. Graveside services will be held at a later date with Masonic Service and Military Honors at Mauck Cemetery.
