Roger D. Skaggs, 60, of Vincennes, passed away at 9:10 am on Monday May 29, 2017 at Willow Manor Nursing Home.He was born August 19, 1956 in Indianapolis to Floyd Nelson and Hazel Marie (Mitchell) Skaggs.Surviving are his brothers and sisters; Patrick Skaggs of Indianapolis, Penny Price of Arkansas, Debbie Jo McFadden of Arkansas, Sonya Johnson of Indianapolis, Roy Skaggs of Oklahoma, Michael Skaggs of Arkansas, and Kathy Rogers of Oklahoma.Roger was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Floyd Allen Skaggs; and a sister, Linda Marie Embrey.Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, June 9, 2017 at Memorial Park Cemetery under the directions of Goodwin Funeral Home
