Ronald Hollenbeck

Ronald P Hollenbeck, 80, of Vincennes, passed away at 9:09 a.m. Saturday July 21, 2013 at Good Samaritan Hospital.He was born May 12, 1933 in La Farge, Wisconsin to Orval and Pauline (Parker) Hollenbeck.Ron retired as Regional District Manager for the Mine Safety Health Administration. He held a Masters Degree in mining engineering and served in the Army. Ron was a Methodist and enjoyed hunting, camping, and was an avid fisherman.Surviving is his wife, Gretchen (Olson) Hollenbeck, whom he married August 8, 1959; his children, Scott Hollenbeck and his wife Pam, of Parrottsville, TN, and Diane Seal and her husband Jerry of Cannelburg, IN; a brother, Jerry Hollenbeck of Arbor Vitae, WI; a sister, Vickie Stein of St. Paul, MN; two grandchildren, Stefanie and Tyler Seal; and two step grandchildren, Heather and Amy Kwiatkowski.Ron was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, David Hollenbeck.Graveside services will be held 1:00 Wednesday July 24, 2013 at Memorial Park Cemetery.
